Bullying/harassment at work

Hi everyone. Some advice if possible.

My partner suffered a out of hospital cardiac arrest in September 2016 and suffered from Hypoxic Brain Injury. He was more or less forced to go back to work in January 2017 so that he kept his job and since then has suffered bullying and harassment from his boss ever since. I spoke to the company about this in October 2017 and the Director said that he would do something about it. Nothing as been done and this weekend my partner has said he can't take anymore of the stress and is planning to go off sick. He is really worried all the time about work and is losing weight. Would we have a case with an employment tribunal or could this come under discrimination?

Ask at the Citizens Advice Bureau, they have all these sort of details.

Get legal advice if I were you.

I had problems of this nature in the past and dealt with it by a termination agreement.

Good luck
