I no longer do new years resolution as i normal fail within hours of making them, but I do a lot of reflection for new years day. I'mean trying to involve my partner in this process I think he finding it useful but quite challenging and taxing. I take a very structured and specific approach which may or may not suit him but as defiantly helped me over the years. Happy New Year
