Rather depends what you need to find?

Interesting to know if your have large patches of dead brain or not, but not otherwise very useful I suspect. But incredible technology, who'd have throught you could use a giant magnet to vibrate water at its resonant frequency?

Useful, as once I knew what parts of my brain were damaged, I was better able to understand/cope with my difficulties and with neuropsychologist's help, how to work with the difficulties, rather than against them.
