Not sure.. But I would do as much physical stuff as possible. As far as medical science has taken us today, exercise is the only thing scientists have evidence of that might produce promising results for neurogenesis. So good idea with the yoga stuff :)

I used to do Tai Chi till just before my BI,its less energetic than Yoga but still whole body exercise, although there may be some balance issues with doing that also! I would like to do it again so will have to see what's going in the new village after I move, about 18 days time now.

I do yoga, I love it. I have a lot of sore bits and it helps me keep mobile. I keep it basic because I still struggle with balance. It wipes me out but is well worth it.

I would love to be able to do Yoga again. I have practiced it for years. I have developed spinal degeneration after long term damage and spinal fusion years ago. painful now. I have been trying to do some Pilates excercises and I believe it is the way forward.

I would certainly do it if I could. Make sure you get a good teacher who is qualified and keeps an eye on her (or his) students. do not rush things. It is better to learn carefully and not expect progress too quickly.

Go for it!
