I dong know if there's an app, but there is a perfectly good mobile version that I use on my iPhone (I'm using it right now!).

Yes, as Charlie says the website is optimised for mobile devices now (one of the reasons for the recent change), so just visit headway.healthunlocked.com on your phone and it should work well.
