Hi. I just joined today. Had HHD since 1995. Experiencing continuous painful flareups & infections in breasts & groin areas in 2018.

Unable to wear any type of bra or cami tank, skin under breasts are raw and widespread and looking for recommendations. Thank you.

To help knock the moisture component aggravating the are, I use Zeazorb. It doent cake or form plates like goldbond. It also can help down the growth of other bacteria and yeast infections that can come while your skin raw. I use this in my groin area, or anywhere I need to keep dry to help control a flare-up and since me starting this, my sister uses it on her areas as well. Down side, is the smell, it smells like hospital disinfectant.

Depending on where the open areas are I use a maxi pad with the clobetasol on it. Stick it to my bra. Provides medicine and protection
