Who is using LDN for HHD treatment and prevention? Are you having success with it? I have been using LDN and I feel it helps reduce the number of breakouts. When I do flare, I feel like LDN helps the flares clear up faster.

I am using LDN. I started last year and progressed the dose very, very gradually because I also have chronic fatigue syndrome. I find that it helps dry up any blisters under my breasts and underarms very quickly but elsewhere takes quite a bit longer, but I definitely feel it is helping me manage my HHD better. I was really struggling before LDN.

Thank you so much for sharing, MElady! I had to progress very slowly for the same reason - CFS. I am glad to hear that the LDN is helping you manage better. Hopefully one day HHD can be on the list of diseases that LDN is used to treat. In the meantime we can share with each other. Did you happen to notice that the LDN Research Trust is now on HU?! :-)

Hi,I started Ldn in Novemeber 2012..i started to see improvement within two weeks.Sores dryingup and not spreading anymore. After two months i was clear.!100% clear :D I have been clear since end of january 2013..just a few blisters now and then, which so far healed within a week or so..I can practically say I have been clear.HHd is very managable this way..Off course i never know when things will change. But for the moment I feel blessed and grateful! My current dose is 4mg.2,5mg was working fine for my Hhd but I increased my dose because of other health issues such as osteoartritis and fatique.

What a wonderful story, mayvi! 100% clear in two months is almost unbelievable! Thank you for sharing your story. Maybe some of those who are struggling can take some comfort that there might be an untried solution. Blessed and grateful -- I bet you are! <3
