Hi, I just had a pelvic ultrasound and they found a 4cm cyst in my upper vagina, I'm postmenopausal so the drs are very confused as this only happens to women who haven't gone through the menopause. I'm seeing my gynecologist this week for further tests. I have constant pain in my vagina and always suffered with heavy and painful periods before the menopause. Anyone else ever had this?
