I am wanting to have everything tested to produce optimum levels . I am really struggling with fatigue and weight gain since being diagnosed. I have fibromyalgia too and cannot work. Any suggests please..I don't think my dose of Levo is right. 75 mg.

You could check out your DAO levels.
If deficiency, then your body cannot clear out histamines properly.
An overload of histamine gives nasty effects, like weird pains resembling fibromyalgi, chronic fatigue, and a lot more. I even get blackouts.
