I had a total hysterectomy 7 weeks ago we’re they found stage 3-4 endometriosis ( had symptoms of this for the last 12 years but always got told I didn’t have it ) my consultant told me I cannot take HRT as it could make the endo grow on my organs as it grows with the hormones I’m struggling with night sweats and panic attacks any advice on anything I could take to help this ? I’m also still having a lot of pain when I pass urine but test show no infection and when I walk I get a pain in my left side ,going up my back still feeling really drained any advice would be great as I’m back at work next week and not going to see my consultant for my follow up till December

Regards
