Advice post eye biopsy and hyperthyroidism control of

Advice please

I have hyperthyroidism and am being treated with carbimozole. I have either thyroid eye disease or Sarcoid - I had a biopsy yesterday to determine if it is Sarcoid and am waiting the results. My ACE blood level was high which is why they are considering Sarcoid.

I also have a goitre that has appeared a couple of months ago - does anyone have any advice on anything I can do to aid recovery of thyroid?

My TS3 and Ts4 are within normal range my TSH is <0.02 still. The endocrinologist increased my dose of carbimzole to 40mg the week before the op to try and get my bloods good enough for a General anaesthetic.
