Yes anxiety attacks is common. In fact there are so many symptoms I had no idea of that are linked to having a hypothyroid. I suffered from anxiety constantly and I have been on synthroid for over 10 years. I started digging in to all things in hypothyroidism from an article my husband had me read. In fact it made me create a blog reversehypothyroidism.infos... Hang in there you are definitely not alone.
