I’m clearly not allowed to post it but I can email it to anyone interested. 😊

I hope this is ok admin? Thyroid U.K. seem to want to hide any evidence of harm from jabs in an open forum 🤷‍♀️

What is a yellow card? And, if you are referring to va(xx)ination. That is how all of my autoimmune issues began, along with other pharmaceuticals.

The Yellow Card scheme is used by the public in the U.K. to report any side effects from medical treatments / vaccinations.
