Just phoned for my daughters (age 3) blood results.
They've said they're all normal expect for her Immunoglobulin A is a little low at 0.37 and her RBC is border line low too.
I'm not sure what this means tbh...
We have coeliac in the family and she has a lot of symptoms. She has diarrhoea most of the time (even soiling herself) gets bloated and gassy and gets mouth ulcers and is always tired and ratty.
She's back at the doctors next week. Any advice as to what to say/request?

If she is IgA deficient (which looks possible if that result is low) then the normal coeliac blood test won't show positive even if she is definitely coeliac. I'm not sure how they would proceed with a little one - in adults case it would be to biopsy, but I have a feeling they maybe have another blood test they can try which would obviously be less invasive for her :(. Definitely go back to see the doctor - here's a link from coeliac uk which it might be worth printing out and taking to the docs in case they don't get it:
