Hello everyone,

The helpline has been advised of a problem obtaining Duotrav.

I have called the manufacturer who have confirmed that there is a supply issue and that it wont be back to normal until March of this year.

If you use Duotrav, please speak to your consultant to ask for an alternative during this time. Alternatively, your pharmacist may be able to give to Travaprost and timolol seperately. I know it may be inconvenient to do this but it is a possible option for you.

I think there may be an alternative as I was once given these as a substitute for my usual Duotrav prescription. I never actually needed to use them but keep them just in case.
