I've never heard of any to be honest.
I wake in the night and turn a lot in my sleep but it's never affected my pressures although I see people question if sleep position makes a difference.
Would a mask help?
No - snake oil !
Ok
hi, I read somewhere especially if you are a side sleeper and you eye kind of snuggles into the pillow that glasses can help. I think I read it’s like wraparound safety glasses type that’s best. If you lie on your back no glasses are needed. Not sure if they help at all but anything worth a shot to keep pressures stable.
