my trab surgery was 16 th of September, so over two months later I am looking through an eye with creases and the effect of looking through a piece of grease proof paper. I hate to keep on complaining, but is this the best I can expect…

I had my trab on 16th September too! And like you, my vision is still very blurry which is really disappointing. I am so scared that it’s not going to improve. I should have had a trab done on my other eye 2 weeks ago but my consultant postponed it at the very last minute due to my poor vision and hopes to operate in January. I will have to have it done as my glaucoma is very advanced. It’s all so depressing and worrying. I have to admit I’m struggling.
That doesn’t sound right. After my trab my vision was back to normal once I had finished all the drops. I would go back to ophthalmologist.
After my trab I developed astigmatism for a while. Go to optician. However if the grease proof paper effect is due to glaucoma damage the trab does nothing to reverse the damage only prevent further deterioration by lowering the pressure.
