Dvla test

After posting on here a couple of weeks back re Dvla sight test. Thought I would update in the hope that it may help others who are waiting. I had my test yesterday at Specsavers and it was a very positive experience.

The lady was very reassuring and put me at ease as soon as I went through the door.

Made sure I was comfortable at the machine and explained everything very throughly.

So grateful for the advice that people gave me on here about blinking often, found it easy to do this as I pressed the button. Also made sure about breathing steadily which did help with the nerves. So many thanks to you all .

Like others have said found the FT easier to do than the FT at the opticians/hospital, much brighter and being able to use both eyes.

I was able to have copies of my tests too so all in all a good experience.

Now the big wait to see if I did good 🤞🤞
