Hello. I would greatly appreciate anyone's thoughts on getting dental work done (in my case, a root canal and a crown), having Glaucoma. I have checked various sources online (have not been able to reach my doctor) and there are mixed opinions on this. It seems like sedation can play a role. I am certain that there are many people who have glaucoma that need dental work done. I just wanted to see if anyone in this community has any comments. Thank you very much.

I have glaucoma and recently had a crown replaced. I had normal sedation by injection and there were no issues at all that I know of.
I also have had a root canal and crown procedure with glaucoma. No issues arising that I am aware of.

Hello. I am unaware of any problems or issues of having a local anaesthetic injection for dental work, when you have glaucoma.
