Hello GardeningDorset123, The glaucoma management is depending on IOP pressure, visual fields, OCT san , clinical examinations...etc; All these factors to be considered to adjust the treatments to make the balance right. I am sure your consultant is making the correct balance for your care. With best wishes.

RNFL is an indication of signs of glaucoma. If your consultant feels that there is no need to change your drops, they obviously feel that your glaucoma is stable and well controlled. If there was progression it would have shown on the visual field test or OCT. But if you are still worried or concerned get back to the consultant via the eye secretary.
