Peeling of inside of mouth, anyone experienced this

Hi there folks, I've been having this issue for some time now, it had been quite sporadic but had it happen everyday for about 10 or more days now(I have made an appointment with my dentist).

So in the morning when I wake, it is as if the skin inside of my mouth is peeling, from cheeks and around lips, not so much the roof of my mouth; it's not painful or anything, I just want to find out the cause and if there is anything I can do to stop it from happening.

I did google it and one thing that came up(along with others which could be contributing) was "Sjogren's Syndrome which I have all the symptoms of, problem is it's the same symptoms of other issues I have been diagnosed with; would it still be worth bringing it up with my GP/Dentist.

Thank You for taking the time to read, any thoughts, advice or suggestions would be warmly welcomed.

Remember and be kind to yourself.

Stay safe, keep well and stay strong.

Hi Fibroska, thanks for posting

I hope you have managed to get a dentist appointment arranged. Speak to your GP too and see what they suggest.

Hope you get to the bottom of it.

Best wishes
