Hi Jonnyj787, I was on Itraconazole for 2 years and I did take co Codamol a few times and didn't have any side effects but may be best to check with your chemist/doctor

Checking for drug:drug interactions (antifungalinteractions.org) I find none regarding paracetamol and codeine with itraconazole. Having said that if you take any drug and start to feel ill consult your doctor immediately.
