Antifungal drugs are powerful and exert many effects on our bodies, taste being one of them - you can get lists of know side effects at nacpatients.org.uk/treatment.

Long term anti fungals- second type itraconazole with NO steroids ---side effects, skin thinning and bruising easily but that is about all. Lungs improving as is energy especially when in the sun. Need regular blood checks but that is not a problem. So good outcome to date.
