As far as I am aware there is no cure for aspergilis. I was diagnosed 3 years ago. How were you diagnosed.

I took a sample of my secretion to my doctor and the result was aspergilus!

I got rid of a stubborn sinusitis by doing FIR saunas for a month 2 times a day with lots of fluids and electrolytes. Now this is not to say will rid the aspergillus if you do it, but will achieve a clean of your sinuses, you will eliminate mucus that is just what the fungus lives of. So you will create a very uncomfortable place for it to live by doing the saunas.

Also inhaling steams with eucalyptus oil or tea tree oils that are atifungal and antibacterial will help to make it harder for aspergillus to stay. Who knows if you do it long enough it may decide that you are no place to stay.

Sugar and dairy are not the foods that help you, but rather facilitate mucus forming so best will be to cut them out from your diet for good.

All roads start with one step!
