Am I on the right pill?

Hi FPA, I need advice on what pill to take if you can give me some please? I am currently on Femodene, which has 28.6 of oestrogen in it, am I correct in thinking this is the female hormone? I am really struggling on this pill at the moment with really bad mood swings / depression and bad skin. Am I right I’m thinking that I need a pill with less oestrogen in it to achieve this? For example Lucette has 1% oestrogen in it...many thanks for your help in advance, Lucie,
