New contraception

Hi. I recently changed from Yasmin to Cerazette and I bled from 16th Dec - 29th Dec non stop. However because I am used to not taking pills whilst on my period, I kept forgetting. I had sex on 2 consecutive days - both of which I doubled up on pills. (As in, I forgot on Monday.. took 2 pills on Tuesday (had sex) forgot on Wednesday (had sex) and took 2 pills on Thursday.

My period then stopped completely the day after (Friday).

Is there a big chance I could be pregnant? And if so, should I stop taking Cerazette as there is increased risk of ectopic pregnancy?
