If anyone has some tips of treating this invisible illness. .Please pass them along.I'm taking Pyridoxin(B6) and Apovit(B1). with no effect

Hello Charles, it's lovely that you feel able to be able to come on this site and talk about your health problems. I'm sorry I can't offer you any advice but I am more than impressed at your fantastic attitude to illness. Being positive has a major effect on our health in general and on our ability to recover from illness and that is the first step up the ladder. I think you'll be very happy on this site, so much sharing between strangers and lots of fun too :)
