Hi there, like the way you put it have to admit I never thought of my health as a shopping list, only the things I need to control the symptoms. You did make me smile though, have a good day.
You haven't lost your sense of humour though, which is very important. Hope you find the same help and friendship that I've found on this site
Hi
I know what you mean it seems to me the list gets longer with age. when I reached Thirty I had Gout and cervical spondylosis and now in my sixties I seem to have picked up a few work related and some gene related so that my list is like a big shop at the supermarket.
Take care and Kindest regards
Terry
