Hi all I too have PN and i am starting to trust less in doctors and take matters into my own hands...MEDITATE MEDITATE..it really helps...and if you go to you tube there i a lot of self healing you can do....we all have the power to heal ourselves...if we believe

I agree, we have to really believe we will find help to get better or better manage our symptoms. We must rely on self-help, do research, read/write blogs, posts etc... into new thinking, new treatment options, high-tech methods, equipment, trials etc... We can do it.

Please research TMS. Tension Myositis Syndrome. Try google and You Tube. Read a book on it then get back to me for more information if you wish.
