Yes, I did and it’s slowly helping my FND symptoms. I use carb manager to track & stay under 50 grams per day. I eat a lot of plant-based fats filling my day w/ avocados, olive brushetta, olive oil, nuts, and seeds, tons of different greens & veggies. I do eat meat or fish w/ lunch & dinner.

If you want to make sure you’re in ketosis track w/ a blood meter like Keto-mojo. I would also suggest electrolyte replacement to avoid keto flu symptoms as you transition into it (I love Ultima’s lemonade flavored one on Amazon) Also I keep keto fat bombs in my fridge for snacks to meet my fat goals (177grams/day) like Peanut butter, cocoa butter, covered in 100% dark chocolate-tons of recipes online.

Good luck and keep us posted! ☘️

I’ve reduced my seizures by 95% with the keto diet. I definitely recommend getting a blood monitor like Keto-Mojo (Junebeatle mentioned it) I do 20 net carbs and exercise an hour and a half a day to keep my ketones up. Everyone is different. Although it’s helped with seizures significantly it hasn’t seemed to help much with other symptoms ( not related to epilepsy) I do very much recommend it though!
