New way of understanding our very real condition NFD an how to treat it.

Hi dear friends.

I would like to give you some more information that I have recovered through research and a conversation at my neuroligest appointment last Tuesday.

I must admit I never was happy with the diagnosis of Neurological functional disorder and thought it was Just a placebo diagnosis to rid of me.

It was only when at my appointment that the neuroligest said to both my husband and I that my Seizures are not epilepsy but they are neurological insomnia sleep apnea ones.

But that my pains z' discomforts are caused by massive flair ups of my 20yr Fibromyalgia my 18yr myalgia Encephalitis and my 5 years osteoarthritis.

and of course there is the 4 Yr Polyarthritis that the orthopedics never told me I had but put it in my medical hospital chart.

Anyway moving back to the interesting part.

The neuroligest told us that only when I reprogram my brain then there will be a big difference in my health conditions all of them even my micro vascular angina and other physical health issues I have.

My husband and I just looked at each other in disbelief as if to say is she off her head.

But when we got home, we googled how to retrain your mind to manage pain and Seizures. We thought we would just see funny posts like monkeys at a keyboard or something,

But instead there it was a load of links to YouTube of how to reprogram your brain.

It showed how one pain sencer picks up the pain signal and focused on it then alerts then the other pain points and then the subconscious and consciousness gets so distracted and focused on the pain that then the signals to an from the physical body can't be received.

This causes d so much mayhem and discomfort and any other health physical issues or mental health ones is set on high alert.

So taking this all on board, as most of you who know me here πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ yep I went on research journey.

This is what I have discovered.

Each pain point in the brain focuses on the pain point and feeds that to the other points of the brain.

This in turn causes the rest of our brain to stop communicating with the physical body and it puts all its focus on the pain point.

So once the brain gets a subconscious distraction, it can't communicate with the rest of the pain points. An if enough positive thoughts distractions are given to the brain along with of course your medication that you may be on.

In time with the reprogram and retrain your mind, you too will be like so very many who are now able to go hours no mather how severe their health conditions are and also if they have Seizures they too get less or stops. Also some are after a few months or years are off a large quantity of their medicines.

I myself have given this a go since Tuesday and I have had no Seizures, my pain has slightly reduced.

What I did was open my pc an typed all situations that has upset, angered, frustrated me onto a word document. I then wrote if there was a way of resolving these issues an if not how to deal with them.

I then closed my eyes, visualised the floor under my feet. I done 5 very slow breaths of visualisation of breathing in with only my nose for the count of 5 white oxygen light into my brain and body. I dropped my jaw a little an sighed out the grey stail oxygen for the count of 5 through my parted lips a'd I done this continuously for 5 times, each one extremely slow. I also visualise from my waist to the floor boards are ruited to the earth under the floor.

I have to admit this has helped big time and it made sence to me why they say NFD is very real it is very painful and can only be managed through managing stress and anxiety issues.

I really do hope friends that this gives a little if not lot of help to understanding an treating this horrible health condition.
