Hello everyone I am mat I am 45yrs old I was knocked over in the 70s by a drunk driver apparently a miricale I survived now 6years ago I had three headaches the third one I have never recoverd from now there have been many diagnostic problems with me I have had videos made the Birmingham biological unit the sheffield neuro unit I have been diagnosed with a non focal neurological deficit I have had the entire inside of my mouth removed ouch I use a walking chair with wheels due to the animalistic movements I bleed internally my hips are failing problems with oxygen saturation yet my Gp has called to say I can only have treatments now via the hospital and basically not to go back the hospital took me in 15apr to administer pain relief but its the last one as the part of the brain that's weak is the part that meds hit first so my last letter from them says sorry but your condition is now untreatable but we have a fully trained group of people to help you through it no joke guys in the last 2 months I have dropped down to a twelve inch kneck and my calfs are thinner it's getting very hard to eat and drink expecially water now the hospital know all this yet it feels like i have been left to die I am x forces guys and a loving dad I have not realy ever abused my body not been an angel but who has but everyday now gets harder just walking dressing the works

Help! Does someone live in the Birmingham area who can help this person? Supposedly FND almost never kills a person. Keep love in your mind, Mat08.

I have been advised to get a sos bracelet by the hospital they have explained about the word NEAD and my diagnosis NON FOCUL NEUROLOGICAL DEFECIT?

If you have NEAD (non-epileptic attack disorder), then you have an FND. I recommend listening to the Kindle versions of the books "Is It All In Your Head": True Stories about Imaginary Illness" or "Functional Neurologic Disorders, volume 139 of the Handbook of Clinical Neurology" from Amazon.com.

Hey thanks for the reply for the past year my friend I have had videos made by sheffield neorological depot they were beamed to a conference in Birmingham to all the top what ever they were or who? A short time after the videos I was asked back to the neuro ward only this time it was all different there were 4 people in that room that I had never met I was told that this was definitely real and not phycosamatic it was explained that its not safe not administer anymore pain relief or relaxers due to the part of the brain afflicted is the part where all meds hit first hence the Gp refusing to see me now last month I was taken to hospital and given the last pain relief intrevenous they were willing to give they have stated that the most damage bieng done now is when I sleep the videos are horrendous I litterly look possessed I have no inner mouth due to smashing my teeth to pieces and biting through my cheeks etc and to increase blood flow I am at a stage now my friend where I beg for oxygen everytime I wake up the hospital know of the damage around the heart muscles also about the internal bleeding but still they say its not safe to treat when they removed my teeth gums etc they hit severe problems apparently my body core temp dropped the brain reacted bad I was baked to bring me back round no joke I had to be wrapped in silver stuff all this mad Mitchellin tyre man suit that was pumped full of boiling air and all these red hot blankets I started to regain consciousness while this was all going on I can remember two men with large arm length gloves on placing things on me that were glowing I actually thought I had died and gone to hell now my amimilustic movements are very severe and constant right now i am struggling to breath the contractions inside are preventing the correct saturation the right hip is almost done the left arm going two fingers total loss of use left leg real bad it realy is taking me out i am so skinny now keeping food in and what is crazy normal water can make me realy ill now the stomach is having so many problems now i have spoke openly with docs and the way it's going with my heart it will probably be the first organ to fail trust me when I say this is tearing me apart I mean litterly hope you did not mind me sharing
