"Sign, sign, everywhere a sign...."

My community friends.

First, a special blessing to my best friends Tony and Kim.

The above lyric is the opening line to the song "Signs" recorded by the Five Man Electrical Band and released in 1971 on the album "Goodbyes and Butterflies."

I am too weak to write much. I have been reading as many posts as possible but able to respond to only a few.

I observe that many signs abound in my condition. I recognize only a fraction.

After taking out a flame thrower yesterday and lighting up ( not to be confused with marijuana), I finally got a reply from my doctor that made sense. It was the combination of what she said AND what she did not say that helped me.

The what she did not say part of that equation was the "sign" I needed to grasp and pay attention to for guidance.

Understanding that part let me look in the mirror this morning - something I usually avoid doing - and see what is happening.

For all the griping I do about what doctors say, I finally got one to tell me something useful by what they did not say. Thank you doctor.

Keep an eye out for signs. They may be trying to tell you something you need to hear.

Love to all.

Dan / Seattle
