Proposed Regulatory Changes to ACA in U.S.

Hi friends.

Quick alert just to let those of you in U.S. know that proposed rule changes to Affordable Care Act were issued under current administration today. If you have insurance for care through this act, you may want to monitor news. Public comment period to rule changes is very short - only out to March 7th.

There is much happening almost daily with medical insurance in U.S. due to system pressures including attempted corporate mergers, speculation on changes in format to our Medicaid program and of course the future of the mandates provided under the ACA act.

I keep tabs as I can so let me know if you need information. Glad to do what I can to keep you current on the swirl.

Update on U.S. Affordable Care Act:

Just across news wires, U.S. House announces will introduce repeal and replace legislation upon return from recess on February 27th. Stay tuned as people like me with chronic conditions like FND may be impacted by changes as current insurance coverages lapse.
