I've just read about FND on NHS website and have suffered from everything they mention. I'm trying to find out the connection with eating and FND if there is any.

I can only eat after I've done everything I need to do which is early evening, I work managing my ecommerce business from bed and as soon as I eat I become immediately exhausted, so bad I have to have everything switched off, door shut so I can't hear anything, lights off and shut my eyes for a couple of hours, sometimes if meal was big I'll sleep right through 12 hours.

I have seen a dietician who said try eating small meals often but that's not on as I used to have a fruit smoothie for breakfast but because of this had to stop, I've tried a handful of mixed nuts but felt the exhaustion coming on.

GP/s useless, I've managed to get referred to an allergist but apart from that I'm now 4 months waiting on heart scan results as I have a monitor fitted in my chest and they kept picking up beats of 240 BPM, I have ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, damaged nerves, arthritis, TMJ, spondylosis cervical & spine, tinnitus ... sorry can't think no more
