Hi there i had Meningitis in Dec 2014 and Apr 2016 was diagnosed with arthritis in right side of my collar bone and with Neuralgia. Recently i have had a medication review and my meds have been gone up. I am prescribed 100mg gabepentine 3 times a day and 400mg carbamazepine 4 times a day as well as ibuprofen and paracetamol, but if i take all theses meds i feel woozy snd unable to function in everyday activities. I currently take 100mg gabepentine once a day and 200mg carbamazepine twice a day, but i am still having neuralgia attacks and they are very painful. I have 4 dependants.

Does anyone else suffer and how do you cope ?

Also is there any correlation between neuralgia and meningitis?
