Practically guaranteed HSPC->CRPC if you do ADT

There are outliers. Someday, it'd probably be helpful to find out why. Genetics, chemo, RT, luck?

But for most of us, if we pursue ADT, we WILL develop CRPC.

Stats for T10 G4 are CRP,C usually within 6 months. T9 G4 (me) 6-12 months. If you're T1 G6, you'll likely go 15+ years.
