HSPC->CRPC prediction

If we have access to RNA proteomic testing there are 6 genes that can be used to predict the transition 18-24 months in advance with a specificity of 91% and a sensitivity of 95%.

However, this is the poor man's way of doing it.

The best predictions are made if we use a machine learning model to weigh the individual elements. I'm working on a formula and will put it in my book.
