Actinium 225 produces Alpha particles, whilst LU-177 produces Beta particles. The Alpha particles are stronger and travel for a shorter distance so in theory are more likely to kill the cancerous cells more efficiently with less side effects.
The combo as explored and available in Germany appears to be the best as TA indicated.
Having had one cycle of Lu-TLX591 with a durable complete response 3 years ago for oligometastatic HSPC , if and when that may fail, I would go for Ac225-TLX591 such as by Scott Tagawa at Weill Cornell.
