From this paper, there appears to be few clinical trials results for drugs repurposed for prostate cancer even though anti cancer properties of the drugs have been known for many years. Research appears to be dragging its feet. There’s no big money in it for the pharmaceutical industry.

Yea but these are only the drugs currently used for chronic diseases (and not even all of them)
