I eat a modified Mediterranean diet, though lower in carbs and higher in animal proteins. The paper you site has no scientific foundation for benefit and they clearly say so (does not meet statistical tests for benefit, etc). So it is just a personal choice. IMO cancer likes to eat good food too. And it is more metabolically flexible than your healthy body tissues and will adapt to whatever is available.

Eat the diet that best sustains your health and makes you happy. It is not religious dogma. Live long and be fulfilled and happy, even while fighting APC. Kind regards, Paul
