Suggest talking to Denmeade.

Link to a trial... Maybe explain why the possible use of Denmeade? Curious...

Thank you

Sure. Denmeade is the chief investigator for most BAT trials. I've contacted Schweizer and he won't reply to me unless I am a patient at his hospital. Denmeade replies and has asked MOs to contact him if they have questions about BAT.

Hahaha, thanks, I read too quickly and thought I seen "take" not talk. Apologies, and thank you for replying.

If you can grind him up and bottle him, I'd suggest a Denmeade dose of 150 mg BID. Make sure to grind up some Antonarakis to mitigate the side effects.

Olaparib, like Indomethacin, is an AKR1C3 inhibitor [go.drugbank.com/polypeptide...]. AKR1C3 plays an important role in resistance to second-generation antiandrogens, so Olaparib would be a strategy to overcome treatment resistance.

Olaparib synergizes with BAT. We have trial data. Double bang for the buck.

Sorry. I just read your bio and see that you're castration sensitive. Denmeade might not be able to help.
