According to a Ted Talk with Sharyl Attkisson in Feb 2015, Antineoplaston is being voluntarily kept hidden by institutions(NCI, FDA, and big pharma) who benefit from this not being widely accepted. She says they also edit wikipedia to bring ridicule on the treatment and on doctor Burzinski.

Whether or not this treatment works, it is very expensive at between $120K and $360K. That's not including travel and lodgings, etc.
