I don't have experience of momolelitonib but I had to change from rux to fedratinib because my platelets were too low. It seems the normal pathway

Have been on fedratinib about 2 years ago but had an allergic reaction to it so went back to rux hence have been recommended to trial momolitinib

Many thanks for your response

Firstly, congratulations on getting Momelotinib. Did Ruxolitinib lower your red cells production? My wife has recently started Ruxolitinib (three weeks) and having MF with very high platelets, we wondered why she was put on Ruxolitinib, as it seems mostly available for PV patients. Her platelets are now high and her red cells and Hgb are getting lower.

I've been on Fedratinib for about 18 months and transfusions every 6 weeks and am about to start on Momelotinib in the hope of not needing transfusions any more. It hasn't happened yet but I will post to let you know when it does (should be in the next two weeks). Hilary
