Does anyone but me have long term secondary polycythemia, and what has your treatment and outcomes been .

hey, I may have secondary polycythemia, but not sure. How often do you do a phlebotomy. I’m jak2 negative with a normal EPO. My heam told me that my RBC’s would always be high and my hematocrit would be in range if I had PV if only on venesection especially . I have seen others whose had their hematocrit at 43 or 45 and their RBC’s are almost always high or on the close end of high. My phlebotomy dropped my hematocrit to 43 & my rbc’s fell to like 4.8
