Hi I have terrible pain in shoulders and down my arms, very painful putting on coat or reaching for anything, I’m on Vimovo and paracetamol for the pain but they are not working! Any help would be so appreciated.

That sounds exactly what I experienced with a torn rotator cuff/labrum. Did you experience an injury to your shoulder?
