Common cold Benapali

I've been taking Benapali 4 weeks now and working really well now.Problem is I caught a cold which won't go after 2 weeks.Must I stop medication until it goes?

I don’t take Benapali nor am I a medical person but Some RA drugs do effect the immune system. For instance if you are having a tooth out you need to have a discussion with your dentist. I take MTX and that has to be stopped for a short period of time when having an op. Your gp / pharmacist should be able to answer you question or contact your rheumatologist (perhaps they have a help line). I think you will find that RA and it’s medication does mean it takes longer to recover - you are vulnerable! And don’t forget that generally speaking you should take live vaccines
