Steroid injection

not sure if anyone can help but I had a steroid injection and local Anastasia in the palm of my hand in a joint between my thumb and my finger just im the corner . I had that on Tuesday and last night it’s come out in a bruise and when I use my hand it feels like a tugging feeling . Is this normal ?

I would try putting it in warm water and try and massage it see if it helps 👍
