Hi Ken,

Thank you I'll keep you updated..

I think the shock of getting both dates so close together has brought on a huge flare..What a great way to spend fri & sat nite feeling like my whole body is on fire and can hardly walk due to pain in my hips, legs and toes.

Lets hope tomorrow brings some pain relief.
