Hello sent Esa50 form for them to consider putting me into support group. attended atos medical and was told it had been cancelled due to having enough medical evidence, and that I do not have to attend another medical for 2 yrs.

What does this mean, I am in the support group or do I have to wait for DWP to get in touch.

sounds like they accepted gp's evidence. give them a call to check.

I'd also see if gp will let you have a copy of his fax.

It sounds as if the GPs evidence has resulted in you not needing an assessment. This happens sometimes. You can always double check just to make sure.
